National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

Today September 30th is our second annual National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. This is a day for contemplation and prayer regarding the relationship between Canada and its Indigenous Peoples and the effect of the government and the church run residential schools.

1. Pray for His healing and mercy for all who have been marked by their experience in residential schools.

2. Pray for our government leaders that they would have Wisdom from Heaven and with God's grace, strength and guiding hand be a catalyst to help rebuild what is lying in ruin.

3. Pray that the Church would be ambassadors of Christ who would carry the message of reconciliation to the world.
